The total cost of a funeral can vary dramatically, depending on the type of service and the various options you require.

Costs can vary considerably due to factors such as church and clergy fees, type of coffin, funeral stationery, flowers, catering, notices, live-streaming and recording, cemetery fees, and other external expenses.

Making Arrangements

We will meet either you in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace. If you prefer, you are also welcome to meet at our office. Our arrangers will work with you and your family, under your direction and providing guidance as needed. We respect your choices and never try to upsell funeral items or services that you don’t want or need.

Church and Other venue funerals range from $8,000 to $13,000 plus cemetery fees

Cemetery chapel funerals range from $7,500 to $10,000 plus cemetery fees

Our No Service Cremations (direct cremation) package price starts at $4,295.00 includes the cremation fee*

* We only engage Victorian government regulated crematoriums — your loved one’s body one is never transported interstate.

Professional Service Fees

Basic Service Fee – $1,895.00

This Includes:

Arranging the funeral at your home, our office or if you prefer online.
Staff members
Providing a modern customised hearse or appropriate specialist vehicle
All administrative and service functions

Graveside / Cemetery Chapel Service Fee – $3,595.00

This Includes:

Arranging and conducting the funeral
Funeral service held at a cemetery chapel or at the graveside
Staff members in attendance at the service
Viewing (if required) – After-hours and weekends if preferred, without any extra fees.
A modern custom-designed hearse
A speaker, microphone and lectern provided
Quality memoriam book
Access to our in-house design team to assist you
All recorded music for the service
All other administrative and service functions

A single service is a funeral held at one cemetery location, such as a graveside service, or in a cemetery chapel prior to cremation or burial.

Church / Other Venue Service – $4,195.00

This Includes: –

Visiting your family at the location and time of you choice to make arrangements
Attending a church or other funeral venue prior to leaving for the cemetery
Staff members in attendance at the service
Viewing (if required) – After-hours and weekends if preferred, without any extra fees.
A modern custom-designed hearse
Quality memoriam book
All recorded music for the service
Access to our in-house design team to assist you
Laptop, speaker, microphone and staff operator provided to run audio visual requirements
Online notice on our website
All other administrative and service functions

A Dual Service is a funeral service or celebration of life held at a church or other venue, the hearse then goes to the cemetery for burial or cremation.

Transport Into Our Care

Standard Transfer Fee – $600.00

This is the initial transfer into our care during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, within 60km of Dubock Funerals , 155 Melville Road, Brunswick West.

After hours transfer- $545.00 (if required)

This fee applies only to transfers required outside our office hours, which are 8am – 6pm, Mon to Fri, excluding public holidays.

Regional Victoria and Interstate

All transfers into our care over 60km from our office may incur additional fees.
The additional cost to transfer your loved one will vary depending on their location.
For interstate transfers, we may engage a specialist transfer company or local funeral director to assist.

Client Care and Accomodation

Preparation and Client Care – $1,200.00

You loved one is looked after at our own mortuary and treated with respect and dignity at all time.
Cleaning, washing, dressing and preparation is overseen by our highly experienced Mortician and qualified embalmer.
Special requests are welcome.
You can assist to wash and dress you loved one if you wish

Client Accomodation – No Fee / No Time Limit

Accomodation is included for no extra fee at our facility

You can be rest assured that your loved one is looked after by us, and not sent out to a third party mortuary.
The charge no extra fees if extended cares required
Our client care and accommodation is located at 155 Melville Road, Brunswick West.
